For transparency: the IP Australia official fees
For applications and renewals we file directly with IP Australia. Their official government fees (effective 1 Oct 2024, per class) are:
- Standard application (pick-list): $250 / class
- Standard application (custom wording): $400 / class
- Registration fee: Nil
- Renewal: $400 / class
All fees include GST where applicable. Government fees are confirmed at lodgement and may be indexed. Our prices above are all-inclusive professional service fees.
