Trademark Renewal

Your Australian trademark registration is valid for 10 years from the application date, and can be renewed every 10 years. The total renewal fee is $490 per class, which includes the IP Australia official fee ($400) and our professional fee ($90). Late renewal is possible within six months after expiry. We keep you ahead of the deadline.
